Ingredients

Serves : 25
  • 1 1/2 cup Beetroot juice


  • 1-2 tbs ghee


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 5-10 cashews and pistachios


  • 70 gm corn flour

Directions

  • Grate 2 whole beetroot and blend it well by adding some water and strain all the juice
  • Add 50-70 gms of cornflour to the beetroot juice as a base
  • Now mix it well for about 30 minutes until it reaches ah halwa like thick concistancy
  • Add roasted cashew and pistachios and some ghee to it
  • Mix well after adding it for about 10 mins
  • Now pour them in a mold and leave them to cool for few minutes.
