Grate 2 whole beetroot and blend it well by adding some water and strain all the juice
Add 50-70 gms of cornflour to the beetroot juice as a base
Now mix it well for about 30 minutes until it reaches ah halwa like thick concistancy
Add roasted cashew and pistachios and some ghee to it
Mix well after adding it for about 10 mins
Now pour them in a mold and leave them to cool for few minutes.
